Conquered the Penang Bridge on 16 Nov 2014

Move one step forward. A great achievement of me to run this Penang 2nd bridge run 2014 (known as Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge).

Although i did not get any medal, but I am very satisfied of my performance.
Many people might think that it is not an achievement as they have been participating in this kind of events form many times. However, to me it was my life plan achievement.


第一次参加十公里长跑，很开心，能完成我今年的小小目标。证明自己原来我还行。今年参与人数高达六万人，惊人数字。一开始跑的时候，几乎是走不动的。

有人问我，感觉如何，是不是很爽。我说爽，天气很凉快。她无言。我想，你误会我了。我应该说，感觉参与这次的活动很爽，也没想到今天的天气也很凉快。
