There is a student told me that nobody is using the word "dare" to comment on person. I felt surprise at first and I eventually believed what he said. However, I just realised that I can use the word dare to phrase my sentence as "How dare your friend's cheated you in that way, and you still believed him."
Today, I saw an advertisement phrased like this "Dare to Dream" and this is to prove that the word of "dare" is broardly being used on nowadays.
