Sheau Huey: Thank you for organizing this team building camp. The setting was nice and the programme was excellent. I had lots of fun and have learned a great deal. The tasks and games taught us how to work efficiently as a team. I also realized that I need to think and stretch my mind wider. Most of all, I have learned to have faith in myself and the team as well as going the extra mile to achieve goals in life.

Alice Lim : This workshop inspire me go the extra mile and add more values in my workplace. Besides, acquire and internalize team leadership, team problem solving and team relationship. Also, it reminds me relate personal interest with UTAR Vision, Mission and core values and work align with that. In short, I have better understanding of the dynamic teambuilding and its applications. Thanks for everything!

Khor: The SDAR Training organized by DSA-PJ is definitely the current best training I ever had in UTAR. I am so proud to involve in this 2 days 1 night training. I would like to thank Mr. Ng Thian Watt & Mr. Leong A Sam for their excellent teaching & selfless guidance in helping us to have a better understanding of what we can commit to achieve the vision & mission of UTAR and to closer the relationship of all SDAR departments.

This training had some minor problems such as no projector screen to project the presentation slides; bad weather condition at night time that need to cancel the camp fire session and the lack of time to have the final appreciation & gratification session.

In overall, I was very enjoyed the training especially the Obstacle Course & The Kite Game, which had helped me to build up my confident, increased the energy level in my work and improved the team spirit among members. Besides, the practical lesson such as Focus Game had taught me to focus on the area of what we want. I will always remember what facilitators said and I quoted, "The way you do anything, is the way you do everything."

Lastly, I would like to thank Ms Hedwig for her effort in organizing this meaningful training.
