give compliment (has done well), then give constructive criticism (what they can do better), then give compliment (give another positive/unleashing potential of our people)

Leader are here to do the right thing, make sure we are integrity

If we don't give a clear message, we dont move forward

Deep rectification is far more than money can get you

Don't be demotivated by some people around us

if we dont have genuine to coach/mentor without money, then you are going to cost damage in your coaching. Be very interested in this. 

The relationship has to work. The trust has to be there.
