2. Open Studio with great staff & help, right personality, train them, head of operation, production personal does production for all 3 studios, very streamline, photograph in new york, have part time photographer, have a great team

3. Making money a year, are you busy?
Work 7 days a month, 3 days each month and work 4 days in Studio new york, learn to be profitable rather than learn to be busy

4. Do you work 10 times harder to bring home 500k than 50k.

500k you learn to streamline, how to masimize the help other around to help you to do thing to not constantly. You can enjoy free time.

5. Working on your business, not working in your business

Why A student gonna work for the C student and B student work for the government

A don't take the risk, talk about mindset to run business.

7. Working 4 jobs it was extremely tough.

9. Recession not participate on that. Selling portrait 100k over in weekend - even in a worst of time, this is still possible

10. Few ideas/strategies for that sales process allow you to get 100k

Do different thing with your portrait with what your amateurs is doing

Painture, 2 artists, finish like painting, use unique frames on portraits

15. I try to get people art mindset
Photography just the very beginning what we do.
Come in studio, I want them to think the studio is an art gallery, painting of the art is really what art studio about, min photography and max our finishing services

Whether is my style, you have got to come out with a specific list and this is what make me different than anyone else. Even it's a simplest thing you gotta think it out.

Do only one thing. same exact background - Branding..

Do try old thing, do what is profitable, love to do, what would have similar look of your client than exploid at the most massive skills that you can.
