活着的意义第一项是：不管在任何环境，我们都必须“珍惜自己”，学习“调整自己”，并且善于利用周围的资源，让自己“长得最好”。

问题多半可以归类成两种：活在过去，和看不见未来 。但人的生命的“关键期"在那里，其实就是你确实“活着”，还能“决定”，反映，行动的那一刻就是当下-所以，生命的第二项意义是：活在当下，意思不是说就活在现在的状况，满足现在的状况。应该是说要积极地努力寻找更好的生活，自己觉得是更好的生活。


有意义的生活：是有自己的目标，投入追求，实现
成果固然重要，但是有意义的生命还得懂得珍惜，享受实现的过程
必须自我及容纳别人。爱自己，爱别人，被人爱的机会与能力
有意义的生命时时刻刻让人感觉到成长，带来个人成长的同时，也能看见别人的需要，点亮别人。成长的感觉真好！一起成长的感觉更好

有意义的生命常常让你惊叹，原来有这么多美好的事情，觉得自己很有用，竟然那么多事务可以学习，竟然是一件这么好玩的事。

有意义的生命包含了“健康的身体，充实的脑袋，富足的心灵，和满意的物质基础

有意义的生命必须有创意，把自己扮美美，把生活安排一些让自己Fresh一下的事情

活着，就是不断地创造生命意义的过程，活着，真的很好，所以要好好活着

创造力是你从不同的角度来看待事情

• 解决能力会比较高
• 可以看到别人所看不到的点子（你的卖点）
• 有创意的人心比较快乐。陈子圣博士研究大学生一周从事什么活动，第二天他们的心情比较愉悦

创意不一定是产品，只要是相关的活动或是思考一个问题

思考，想法，执行，纠正

有没有创造力，是要看它本分的流程。像SOP是无法有创造力的

累计经验，想想有效方面，特别方法=有创意

东方和四方比较，遵守标准的作业程序vs让员工去思考

创造力Creativity vs 解决问题Problem Solving

• 独立但相关
• 创造力是解决问题的因素
• 创造力要是实用性
• 不管小孩还是大人都能去改变，学习创造力。

评估创意需要专家意见，做测验（Test), 比如我们有歌唱比赛评估，评价歌手的创意。

自我监视-需要测验 - 比如IQ测验 。如果成绩达到一百以下会怎样。。

创造力的坏处
情况底下你不想有创意发生，比如医生正在为你准备开刀的时候，尝试另一个治疗方案，那时候就不能接受创造力。

创意其实是有限的资源
好奇心
不要害怕失败，进行调整，修改

方法

1. 把想法记录下来，可行不可行，记录下来
2. 再筛选
3. 在决定哪些能实行

小孩和家长要有好奇心去尝试新的东西。比如吃晚餐，尝试到不一样的店面。当小孩在墙壁涂鸦，不要太早阻止。要跟他们一起探索

失败了不重要，重要是探索过程，正面诠释的心态

有创意的人比较会说谎 - 有创意的人比较容易的合理化他们的行为。

如果环境不允许你去尝试新的想法达到，你就会达到一个英雄无用武之地，无法发挥出来

如何培养

环境会让你培养创意。但如果保守安全路线，少做少错，从小抹杀。

有些企业，给员工去思考事情，做任何事情后分享，自由度高，鼓励创意，不会犯错而处罚，反而是受到鼓励让员工再把错误修正。

创意需要动手去做，可不可行。做了，回馈，修正。想到就去做。要是想到不做是没用的。

创造力有刻板的印象，或是迷失

• 创造力不排除先天的成分，后天的努力对创造的发展更重要。可以通过后天的训练而被提升
• 95% 人认为我不是一个有创造力的人

创造力不一定要很伟大。创造力可以分成不同的程度，当你没有动机去发挥你的创意的时候，你就不会努力地去发展你的创业。

在大学时代，一开始，利用放学的时间，帮人送货RM0.50-RM1, 走十分钟路程，不停送货

如何为生，做了两个月发觉不对路，无法面对开销，再调高到顾客可以接受的价钱，好处是这种服务天天用，如一个月用一次，慢慢建立起Revenue.

一开始四个人开始，不简单，用脚来送，经历了半年的时光，日晒雨淋，利用赚到的钱再投资下去，慢慢请到Motor人手，慢慢建立生意

大概用了半年时间，支出过后才有平衡

在2018年《泰晤士高等教育》（Times Higher Education，简称THE）的世界大学排行榜， 国内两所私立大学即拉曼大学（UTAR）和国能大学（UNITEN）初试啼声，入榜1000名以 内，各自荣获501至600名及801至1000名的佳绩，这对两校的管理层而言，是意想不到的 结果，既鼓舞也振奋人心。

专注发展基础 拉曼大学不自满 回想

2016年末，拉曼大学校长拿督蔡贤德仍考 虑管理层上呈的《泰晤士高等教育》排行榜参与 建议，经过他两天的深思熟虑后，他拍案决定参 与，并花了1个月进行资料整理后，呈至相关单 位，而他抱着平常的心情看待结果，没想到出炉 的成绩是令人出乎意料。 他觉得，拉曼大学仍十分年轻，只有15年的历 史，能获得这般成绩，不仅提升大学的形象，也 让管理层了解该校整体的发展水平，本身的强弱项目，以及需要改进的地方。 “对于排行榜成绩，我相信全校师生不会因此自满，我们仍有进步的空间，而大学也不会抱 着比较之心，纯粹为了排名的高低而努力，我们依旧专注在大学的发展基础。” 所谓大学的发展基础，首要是创造知识、理论及系统，以及进行学术、产业与社会的研 究，为这些领域给予建设与影响；其二是传授知识予学生与产业领域；其三是系统化地保 留研究资料，唯有走向这三条道路，才是对的发展方向，而这也是拉曼大学致力发展的基 础。 此外，拉曼大学是全方面的学府，提供各式各样的科系，符合现在与未来的趋势。他举例 现在的工程师不仅需要精通本身的专业，在设计产品时也需要考虑制作成本、产品对社会 与环境的影响，而这需要多元且全面的学习，恰好该校拥有不同的科系师生，彼此能借由 交流掌握这些理念。

充足资金援助发展计划

拉曼大学的优势在于获得各界人士的慷慨捐献与 支持，学生素质佳，以及老师们的用心教学与研 究。 “我们经常收到企业的奖学金赞助，使优秀的贫 寒子弟免于经济烦恼与负担；本校的学生近来获 中国华为公司聘请，理由是本校学生拥有多语 言、勤劳刻苦、对人事物保持敏锐的优势。” 此外，该校也计划培训与增聘师资、加强与时并 进的教学、设立研究资金，提升软硬体设施等使 大学更具竞争力，而这就需要更多资金用于这些发展。

他说，大学每年都会邀请专家为不同科系学院的老师进行在职培训，以期他们学以致 用，应用在教学方面，同时大学也鼓励善用科技教学，如大学于今年7月27日与“唐风”汉语 平台教学合作，以此提升教学素质。 “学生的课程表中加入了科技与数据相关的选修课，同时校方也把教学课程视频上传至 MOOC网上课程，供学生参考与温故而知新。” 自2014年，拉曼大学鼓励学生到海外院校进行交流，以此开阔国际视野，而今年有1000名 学生参与国外交流计划，亦有来自台湾、中国、韩国、德国、日本的500名学生来此做交流 生。 对于研究方面，他说，大学鼓励教授与老师撰写学术、社区及产业的研究报告，以此提高 该校的研究水平，但不鼓励他们为发表而发表，无病呻吟，而是为了社会与产业而进行研 究，这点从高达71.2%的资料引用，就可得知该校的研究报告与论文，获得学界的参考与肯 定，表示该校的研究路线是正确的。 “在未来五年内，我们会积极与国外大学合作，以期能把今年700名研究生的数量增加至 1000至1500名左右。”

拟建医学院提供训练基地 有关软硬体建设，拉曼大学将在金宝建立一所非营利的医学院，这不仅完善医学系的结 构，提供学生们的训练基地，其收费廉价的医疗服务，将惠及霹雳南部的百姓。 “医学院会在今年杪或明年初进行动土礼，工程耗时约3年，预计2020年杪就会竣工。” 截至今年9月的数据，拉曼大学共有2万4615名学生，教职员有1330名，行政人员有763 人，科系总数有110科，其学生毕业获聘率为97%。
