习惯的力量是惊人的，35岁以前养成的习惯决定着你是否成功。
有这样一个寓言故事:
一位没有继承人的富豪死后将自己的一大笔遗产赠送给远房的一位亲戚，这位亲戚是一个常年靠乞讨为生的乞丐。这名接受遗产的乞丐立即身价一变，成了百万富翁。新闻记者便来采访这名幸运的乞丐:"你继承了遗产之后，你想做的第一件事是什么？"乞丐回答说:"我要买一只好一点的碗和一根结实的木棍，这样我以后出去讨饭时方便一些。"
可见，习惯对我们有着绝大的影响，因为它是一贯的，在不知不觉中，经年累月地影响着我们的行为，影响着我们的效率，左右着我们的成败。
一个人一天的行为中，大约只有5%是属于非习惯性的，而剩下的95%的行为都是习惯性的。即便是打破常规的创新，最终可以演变成为习惯性的创新。
亚里士多德说:"人的行为总是一再重复。因此，卓越不是单一的举动，而是习惯。""人的行为总是一再重复。因此，卓越不是单一的举动，而是习惯。"所以，在实现成功的过程中，除了要不断激发自己的成功欲望，要有信心、有热情、有意志、有毅力等之外，还应该搭上习惯这一成功的快车，实现自己的目标。
有个动物学家做了一个实验:他将一群跳蚤放入实验用的大量杯里，上面盖上一片透明的玻璃。跳蚤习性爱跳，于是很多跳蚤都撞上了盖上的玻璃，不断地发叮叮冬冬的声音。过了一阵子，动物学家将玻璃片拿开，发现竟然所有跳蚤依然在跳，只是都已经将跳的高度保持在接近玻璃即止，以避免撞到头。结果竟然没有一只跳蚤能跳出来--依它们的能力不是跳不出来，只是它们已经适应了环境。
后来，那位动物学家就在量杯下放了一个酒精灯并且点燃了火。不到五分钟，量杯烧热了，所有跳蚤自然发挥求生的本能，每只跳蚤再也不管头是否会撞痛(因为它们以为还有玻璃罩)，全部都跳出量杯以外。这个试验证明，跳蚤会为了适应环境，不愿改变习性，宁愿降低才能、封闭潜能去适应。
我想，人类之于环境也是如此。人类在适应外界大环境中，又创造出适合于自己的小环境，然后用习惯把自己困在自己所创造的环境中。所以，习惯决定着你的活动空间的大小，也决定着你的成败。养成好习惯对于你的成功非常重要。
心理学巨匠威廉·詹姆士说:"播下一个行动，收获一种习惯；播下一种习惯，收获一种性格；播下一种性格，收获一种命运。"
35岁以前成功必备的9大习惯
好习惯会使成功不期而至。我认为下面9个好习惯是成功必备的:
(1)积极思维的好习惯
有位秀才第三次进京赶考，住在一个经常住的店里。考试前两天他做了三个梦:第一个梦是梦到自己在墙上种白菜，第二个梦是下雨天，他戴了斗笠还打着伞，第三个梦是梦到跟心爱的表妹脱光了衣服躺在一起，但是背靠着背。临考之际做此梦，似乎有些深意，秀才第二天去找算命的解梦。算命的一听，连拍大腿说:"你还是回家吧。你想想，高墙上种菜不是白费劲吗？戴斗笠打雨伞不是多此一举吗？跟表妹脱光了衣服躺在一张床上，却背靠背，不是没戏吗？"秀才一听，心灰意冷，回店收拾包裹准备回家。店老板非常奇怪，问:"不是明天才考试吗？今天怎么就打道回府了？"秀才如此这般说了一番，店老板乐了:"唉，我也会解梦的。我倒觉得，你这次一定能考中。你想想，墙上种菜不是高种吗？戴斗笠打伞不是双保险吗？跟你表妹脱光了背靠背躺在床上，不是说明你翻身的时候就要到了吗？"秀才一听，更有道理，于是精神振奋地参加考试，居然中了个探花。
可见，事物本身并不影响人，人们只受到自己对事物看法的影响，人必须改变被动的思维习惯，养成积极的思维习惯。
怎样才算养成了积极思维的习惯呢？当你在实现目标的过程中，面对具体的工作和任务时，你的大脑里去掉了"不可能"三个字，而代之以"我怎样才能"时，可以说你就养成了积极思维的习惯了。
(2)高效工作的好习惯
一个人成功的欲望再强烈，也会被不利于成功的习惯所撕碎，而溶入平庸的日常生活中。所以说，思想决定行为，行为形成习惯，习惯决定性格，性格决定命运。你要想成功，就一定要养成高效率的工作习惯。
确定你的工作习惯是否有效率，是否有利于成功，我觉得可以用这个标准来检验:即在检省自己工作的时候，你是否为未完成工作而感到忧虑，即有焦灼感。如果你应该做的事情而没有做，或做而未做完，并经常为此而感到焦灼，那就证明你需要改变工作习惯，找到并养成一种高效率的工作习惯。
高效工作从办公室开始:
1)了解你每天的精力充沛期。通常人们在早晨9点左右工作效率最高，可以把最困难的工作放到这时来完成。
2)每天集中一、两个小时来处理手头紧急的工作，不接电话、不开会、不受打扰。这样可以事半功倍。
3)立刻回复重要的邮件，将不重要的丢弃。若任它们积累成堆，反而更费时间。
4)做个任务清单，将所有的项目和约定记在效率手册中。手头一定要带着效率手册以帮助自己按计划行事。一个人一天的行为中，大约只有5%是属于非习惯性的，而剩下的95%的行为都是习惯性的。
5)学会高效地利用零碎时间，用来读点东西或是构思一个文件，不要发呆或做白日梦。
6)减少回电话的时间。如果你需要传递的只是一个信息，不妨发个手机短信。
7)对可能打来的电话做到心中有数，这样在你接到所期待的电话后便可迅速找到所需要的各种材料，不必当时乱翻乱找。
8)学习上网高效搜寻的技能，以节省上网查询的时间。把你经常要浏览的网站收集起来以便随时找到。
9)用国际互联网简化商业旅行的安排。多数饭店和航线可以网上查询和预订。
10)只要情况允许就可委派别人分担工作。事必躬亲会使自己疲惫不堪，而且永远也做不完。不妨请同事帮忙，或让助手更努力地投入。
11)做灵活的日程安排，当你需要时便可以忙中偷闲。例如，在中午加班，然后早一小时离开办公室去健身，或是每天工作10个小时，然后用星期五来赴约会、看医生。
12)在离开办公室之前开列次日工作的清单，这样第二天早晨一来便可以全力以赴。
计划习惯，就等于计划成功。
凡事制定计划有个名叫约翰·戈达德的美国人，当他15岁的时候，就把自己一生要做的事情列了一份清单，被称做"生命清单"。在这份排列有序的清单中，他给自己所要攻克的127个具体目标。比如，探索尼罗河、攀登喜马拉雅山、读完莎士比亚的著作、写一本书等。在44年后，他以超人的毅力和非凡的勇气，在与命运的艰苦抗争中，终于按计划，一步一步地实现了106个目标，成为一名卓有成就的电影制片人、作家和演说家。
中国有句老话:"吃不穷，喝不穷，没有计划就受穷。"尽量按照自己的目标，有计划地做事，这样可以提高工作效率，快速实现目标。
(3)养成锻炼身体的好习惯
增强保健意识
计划习惯，就等于计划成功。如果你想成就一番事业，你就必须有一个健康的身体；要想身体健康，首先要有保健意识。
我认识一个大学教师，身体一直很健康。早些时候，我们经常在一起玩。在谈及各人身体状况时，他说肾部偶尔有轻微不适的感觉。我们曾劝他去医院检查一下，但他自恃身体健康，不以为意。直至后来感觉比较疼痛，其爱人才强迫他去检查。诊断结果是晚期肾癌。虽经手术化疗的等治疗措施，但终未能保住生命，死时才39岁。此前，他曾因学校分房、评职称不如意，心情一直抑郁，他的病和情绪有关，但如果他保健意识强，及早去检查，完全有可以进行预防，消患于未萌。保健意识差，让他付出了生命的代价。

5)传播流言。每个人都可能会被别人评论，也会去评论他人，但如果津津乐道的是关于某人的流言蜚语，这种议论最好停止。世上没有不透风的墙，你今天传播的流言，早晚会被当事人知道，又何必去搬石头砸自己的脚？所以，流言止于智者。
6)对他人求全责备、尖酸刻薄。每个人在工作中都可能有失误。当工作中出现问题时，应该协助去解决，而不应该一味求全责备。特别是在自己无法做到的情况下，让自己的下属或别人去达到这些要求，很容易使人产生反感。长此以往，这种人在公司没有任何威信而言。
7)出尔反尔。已经确定下来的事情，却经常做变更，就会让你的下属或协助员工无从下手。你做出的承诺，如果无法兑现，会在大家面前失去信用。这样的人，难以担当重任。
8)傲慢无礼。这样做并不能显得你高人一头，相反会引起别人的反感。因为，任何人都不会容忍别人瞧不起自己。傲慢无礼的人难以交到好的朋友。人脉就是财脉，年轻时养成这种习惯的人，相信你很难取得成功。
9)随大流。人们可以随大流，但不可以无主见。如果你习惯性地随大流，那你就有可能形成思维定势，没有自己的主见，或者既便有，也不敢表达自己的主见，而没有主见的人是不会成功的

Open Day Poster
How nice it is when i see this poster displaying utar models that we took during the photo shooting session last year. ^^
人算不如天算
想不到，今天得到天大消息，我们的老板以及和我最敬爱的同事要离开我们的部门了。我很难过。看到另外一位同事的传送消息，相信这肯定是事实。DSA天变！大转变～
还以为我会是下一位离去，现在，竟然有人会这么快丢信。我占时留下，因为我想信神的指导，看东西要看全面。既然我觉得我也值得再试一试今年的升职，看怎样。如果运气好，相信可以过关。。。如果今年还是一样，再想办法。
最重要的打算，现在在我的脑海里打转的是－我必须要再有点突破：首先：爱情，接着：事业。。。这两样我必须再加油打气。
希望接下来如果有请到新的老板，会是“全新”老板。

人生的选择
人生的选择，有的人选择成为一位有钱人，也有人想过平常的日子。那你呢？
现在老天给我两条路， 第一条路，选择留住；第二条路，选择离开
保持现在的状态，薪水不高也不差，在十年之内必定有被提拔的一天（那究竟是何时？要是如果还是那几位让我看不过眼的所谓Senior Management 还在头上的话，根本对我们这些下属一点同情心都没有）五年了，公司还没发觉我的努力和存在，忽略了我这样一个人。Promotion 和 cross bar 也拿不到。开始觉得问题是不是出在自己身上。为什么人家就可以容易的拿到Promotion或cross bar 呢？还叫我再接再厉，屁话！谁不知道这些。问题是你把我这五年的付出给抹的一干二净。谁是我的老板啊？你老板！
也许是因为公司扩大了，人力也增加了，那我这位“小人物"也就变得更渺小了。如果继续走这条路，我担心我也许还会得到同样的答案，那就是：你要再接再厉。。。我靠！
曾经试过Appeal cross bar, 得来的却是令我心灰意冷的答案。信里是这么说的:"The Committee has considered your appeal and decided you shall remain in your existing salary scale of M1(2). Kindly note that the salary bar has been recently extended. (谁不知道啊，每个人salary bar都有改变，但是你也不可以用这一个借口说我已经enjoy increment in salary 了。那为什么我们偏偏是第一批也是最后一批成为白老鼠。为什么不是帮我们解除Interview cross bar,好让我们直接enjoy increment in salary 那就好了嘛，还说什么帮我们争取，要争取，就应该在还没有Interview前就吧Cross bar interview 给cancel 掉，每个人都没有Rm100拿。现在不同，有被Cross bar Interview成功的，还有Rm100那列！那我呢？不成功，Rm100没了！,你难道没有看出这一点吗？然后呢，成功的可以跳到2300-4500 M1(1),那我呢？RM2000-3300 M1(2),十年后，又来一次Cross bar Interview!烦不烦啊？).You HR ni memang tak guna, tak masuk akal ke?
虽然说这份工作暂时没有太大的起伏，但起码是一份稳定的工作。但是想到未来，没看见它华丽的一面，成绩就是马虎。能做到executive,我很满足，薪水稳定也ok.但是经过这次申请失败，我觉得没什么希望。听到个个colleague说要走，又再次影响我的心情和决定。
现在工作的好处：
I)假期多19天假期;没有用的话可以carry forward to next year.只限一年
II)如果在星期六做工－compensation leave and allowance
III) medical claim - Max RM3000, Family RM10,000, children who study in uni, zero;
IV) 有适合的societies and works to do
V) 每年increment RM100.00
VI) Dental RM100, Conference RM1500 per year
VII) None Pressure
VIII)Good colleagues
IX) Good environment
X) FOC lessons learn
XI) EPF contribution for the monthly basic salary is at 18%, monthly allowance is at 12%.

工作的坏处:
I)几时才可以升职；如果升职也看Quota,那有KPI是来干什么，老板给分，最后我们签名了，到了HR那里，还会被他们改掉分数。到底谁是我们的上师？现在Cross Bar Interview都过不了，还谈什么升职，在我的Unit，简直是被人家欺负。不是吗？Parking, bus service, student complaints这些都会对我不利。就算做好，也不被看重。他们觉得这些都很容易做。其实，并非如此。其一，要确保每一个申请的人都是诚实的，不是借用或帮其他朋友申请。要是他们遇到车祸，如果查到对方没有驾照，校方不会保护自己人，反而还会对自己人开刀。什么都有理由怪罪在自己人身上。还有就是，之前曾经有开会赞同的结论也会因为某种事情而把你推翻，甚至不承认，把你么杀，怪罪于您。还好我还没到这地步，因为还有上头的照应，她也没发泄到我们身上，她是个好老板。
II)同事一个一个离开，有传言说我们的老板也将离我们而去。如果老板离开了，谁能挺我们。要是KRA又来了，谁能够了解我们。就算新的老板也不能非常了解我们，甚至可能出现不好的老板。那时候，叫救命也没有人同情。
如果选择离开，就像我姐，很多计划要泡汤了

IV)和同学拍照也会逐渐减少
V) 我的society; board games, international friendship & photography society: 都是我的最爱！
离开的好处：
1)终于可以回家了，陪伴家人。
2) 可以不用面对我所不太喜欢的事情：disciplinary; vehicle parking, 但也可能会面对其它不喜欢的事情如>Paperwork.sigh~
3) 能够省钱吗？要算算看。
4) 升职，不错的薪水，但是利益又是如何呢？一定要拿来比较下。。
5) 讨教爸爸的工作经验和学历
6)帮助家人做事物
7)可以见到我想见的老朋友了 ^^

离开的坏处：
1)要给Tol

5) 不知到会是祸还是福

(谁不知道啊，每个人salary bar都有改变，但是你也不可以用这一个借口说我已经enjoy increment in salary 了。那为什么我们偏偏是第一批也是最后一批成为白老鼠。为什么不是帮我们解除Interview cross bar,好让我们直接enjoy increment in salary 那就好了嘛，还说什么帮我们争取，要争取，就应该在还没有Interview前就吧Cross bar interview 给cancel 掉，每个人都没有Rm100拿。现在不同，有被Cross bar Interview成功的，还有Rm100那列！那我呢？不成功，Rm100没了！,你难道没有看出这一点吗？然后呢，成功的可以跳到2300-4500 M1(1),那我呢？RM2000-3300 M1(2),十年后，又来一次Cross bar Interview!烦不烦啊？).You HR ni memang tak guna, tak masuk akal ke?
虽然说这份工作暂时没有太大的起伏，但起码是一份稳定的工作。但是想到未来，没看见它华丽的一面，成绩就是马虎。能做到executive,我很满足，薪水稳定也ok.但是经过这次申请失败，我觉得没什么希望。听到个个colleague说要走，又再次影响我的心情和决定。
现在工作的好处：
I)假期多19天假期;没有用的话可以carry forward to next year.只限一年
II)如果在星期六做工－compensation leave and allowance
III) medical claim - Max RM3000, Family RM10,000, children who study in uni, zero;
IV) 有适合的societies and works to do
V) 每年increment RM100.00

工作的坏处:
I)几时才可以升职；如果升职也看Quota,那有KPI是来干什么，老板给分，最后我们签名了，到了HR那里，还会被他们改掉分数。到底谁是我们的上师？现在Cross Bar Interview都过不了，还谈什么升职，在我的Unit，简直是被人家欺负。不是吗？Parking, bus service, student complaints这些都会对我不利。就算做好，也不被看重。他们觉得这些都很容易做。其实，并非如此。其一，要确保每一个申请的人都是诚实的，不是借用或帮其他朋友申请。要是他们遇到车祸，如果查到对方没有驾照，校方不会保护自己人，反而还会对自己人开刀。什么都有理由怪罪在自己人身上。还有就是，之前曾经有开会赞同的结论也会因为某种事情而把你推翻，甚至不承认，把你么杀，怪罪于您。还好我还没到这地步，因为还有上头的照应，她也没发泄到我们身上，她是个好老板。
II)同事一个一个离开，有传言说我们的老板也将离我们而去。如果老板离开了，谁能挺我们。要是KRA又来了，谁能够了解我们。就算新的老板也不能非常了解我们，甚至可能出现不好的老板。那时候，叫救命也没有人同情。
如果选择离开，就像我姐，很多计划要泡汤了

离开的好处：

3) 能够省钱吗？要算算看。
4) 升职，不错的薪水，但是利益又是如何呢？一定要拿来比较下。。

A word "Dare"
There is a student told me that nobody is using the word "dare" to comment on person. I felt surprise at first and I eventually believed what he said. However, I just realised that I can use the word dare to phrase my sentence as "How dare your friend's cheated you in that way, and you still believed him."

My Mood is Down
I have no clue on how and why my cross bar is not successful? Did I do anything wrong? Did I say something wrong during the interview?
I am so down and upset. I do not how to move on. I'm so dissapointed and so helpless. Anyone can tell me? I was so confident in answering all the questions during the interview. When I received the letter, I had no doubt to open it. I was surprised when the result is in another way round. I asked HR why. Noboday can answer me. There is no hope at all and she is really taking nonsense.
I got to find out something to retune my moodiness. I got to find my own way~

勇气创作
何时再鼓起勇气创作，我也不晓得。
只知道时间不留人，人流失时间，但在流失当中你在这世界留下了什么？
小时候记得在学校学到一句谚语。“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”我想很多人都有独到这句话吧。我的了解是，每个人都会离开这个世界，最重要的是你在这世界上留下了什么？古代的人是留下忠臣爱国之心。那现代的你呢？你为社会带来了什么贡献？
我非常遗憾当初的天真想法，以为所计划的一切都能够实现。现实说明了这些不可能。但是我不甘心。我非把以前的作品在次的呈现出来，才觉得满足。读到一张文章，已将近四十岁的人，因为现实生活的压迫，使到这位非常热爱画画的人不得暂时放下从小立志要当一位画家的梦想，直到有一天，他的天分终于又再次从他埋藏在心里的梦想勇敢实现出来。还有一位年青歌手，李幸倪，立志要当一位歌手，当初的他没有放弃这个梦想。许多人都对他的唱歌事业都不看齐，甚至波冷水。虽然年纪已不轻的他，从来都没有放弃的念头。而且一次又一次的奋斗，终于完成了她的个人专辑，还有的是在台湾参加了超级偶像得到许多听众的肯定和支持。
虽然我不像他们，但是我的音乐，我的心血，不应该就此画上句号。Facebook的热潮，将能够轻松的把我的歌推荐给全世界。可能我的歌不被重多人所认同，起码我把我的歌搬上了网络舞台。
认识我的朋友，给我加油打气。有了你们这分力量，我会有更大的勇气把我的歌呈现给大家~ ^^

友谊万岁
今天很累，去了朋友的婚姻宴席，隔一天又要回来参加羽球友谊赛。打到最后，虽然输了，但是开心。

Executive Summary
Gift Shop Enterprise is a start up company selling gifts offering 500 varieties of gifts. Its main focus for the first branch is in the area of Kampar, Perak.
Gifts Shop Enterprise operates on the operational model of low in capital and operational cost, leveraging on Ecommerce supported with delivery service. The model is incorporated in the promotional activities to boost the sales.
Gifts Shop Enterprise has Return of Investment in 10 months, vigorous control and contingency plans is in placed to monitor the sales and revenue figures, advertising & promotional (A&P) cost, and operational cost. Contigency plan is to focus on the changes the marketing strategy from time to time, when it is necessary.
In conclusion, Gifts Shop Enterprise is prepared to face the changes of market condition with a full equipped in marketing strategy, operational plan, as well as business strategy, liquidity of cash flow so that it is versatile and flexible enough to adapt the changes according to the situation.
Background
Kampar, a small town located in a state of Perak. The town has a population of around 100,000 including 20,000 students studying in university and college of Tunku Abdul Rahman - from the exhausted tin-mining sector to a centre of high education. Many new shops are opened here. Thanks to the great philanthropist, Mr Hew See Thong, who has been putting a lot of effort to create a better Kampar town and donate a piece of land for building these two high education centres.
This has created an opportunity for many business people to invest here. New shops are built around the new Kampar town. For instance, restaurants, gifts shop, stationary shop, 7-elevant, “mamak” stall, boutique and hotel. The recent of opening fast food restaurant McDonald and Tesco is also another “trademark” that can attract more people from other town to come over Kampar.
Gift is a great product that can serve to all different group of people. There are many creative and diverse categories of products offering in market. Many gift’s suppliers comes from Asia countries like Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Korea. The price is affordable and it has many selection and varieties to choose from.
Kampar has rapidly been developing to become a place for high education and entertainment centre for the local and outstation young group of people. The spending power here is increasing and most of the cash flow comes from this young people. There is a high opportunity for business people to do a business here. It is not only helping their business, it is also helping the nation to boost the economy of the town.
Introduction
The Company
Gifts Bright Enterprise will be a family start up gift shop that has a vision of “The most creative gift shop ever!” Its mission is to sell different types of special and unique gifts with an affordable price and best in service.
Targeted to launch its first gift shop in the Kampar town, Gifts Bright Enterprise’s 5 year forecast is to have a great variety of gifts from ready-made to personalized gifts.
The Product
Gifts Bright Enterprise will initiate run its business with a ready-made gifts import from China and Taiwan. We choose these two countries is because we are targeting on Chinese student. Slowly we will sell personalized gifts and the transfer machines are all imported from China.
The Business Strategy
Gifts Bright Vision - The most creative gift shop ever!
Mission – Selling special and unique gifts with an affordable price and providing the best service.
Gifts Bright Enterprise main objective is to achieve an Return of Investment (ROI) of 10 months, as detailed in the forecasted Profit and Loss Statement, thus, supported with the below business strategy.
To make the pricing and product different with other competitors, and yet gain the market share in this town, will be the main challenge for Gifts Bright. Gifts Bright Enterprise start up objective is to achieve low in operational expenditure (CAPEX) and capital expenditure and highly great income.
Low operational and capital expenditure is achieved with having a gifts shop that is located at the second floor of renting shop lot. This will save the start up cost of high rental and deposit of the premises. Products will be placed into an economy rack. Number of rack to be placed in the floor will be design as in the “library style”. Customer can pass by from one rack to another with no obstacle and they can browse from first rack to the end easily. Each rack will be labeled name of each product category such as – dolls, keychain, mug, crystal, light, hand phone cover, and others. This will help customer to find their product easy.
Besides, there will be no hiring of worker but to self operation. If there is a need to hire someone for assistance, we would prefer to hire student to work as part timer and the salary is RM3.50 per hour.
To maximize its capacity, Gift Bright Enterprise business strategy will be focusing on delivery services and online ordering. This will create more opportunity to the shop to allow more customers knowing its products worldwide. The shop will do packaging and delivery service when someone had ordered online and requested to send to the respective address. From operation perspective, this will indirectly minimize the operation cost of having a bigger space or channel and resources to serve customers physically.
SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is conducted to identify the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat faced by Gift Bright Enterprise on its product offering and business strategy.
Strength
We will have a various products to buy and it’s unique. Products are selected prudentially to satisfy everyone ‘taste’. Products are all good in quality and durability.
Gift Bright Enterprise has another advantage of setting the price on personalized products. Because the products are a new and unique; it cannot be found elsewhere in Kampar market. Therefore, it has no problem by setting a higher price at first to cover the expenditure before lowering down the price.
Besides, we will provide an excellent service. We help customers to do packaging, choose the better gifts based on person’s characteristic and delivery service. We believed that by giving these extra services, customer will satisfy and perceive a positive image on us.
By opening a shop and online ordering, this can help us to boost the sales in two different channels. The opening of shop is to create confident for the customer that we are legal entity and they can directly approach us to get more information. Where else, online ordering has an advantage to serve customer in 24 hours and 365 days.
We have a small team of people to perform as internet marketer, designer, demonstrator which can help customers to understand and accept our unique products.
Weakness
The initial startup cost might be high because we need to order a huge amount of various ready-made products first. Since we are selling gifts, therefore there is very challenging to order products that suit the most. We also need to always find out what is the current trend now so that our products will not just keep in stock. The setting price for ready-made products cannot be too high and it needs to match with the market price.
Creating Ecommerce can be costly if we want to integrate the website with third party gateway. This requires someone to install and create a payment features that allows customer to pay online by using credit card.
Opportunity
The main opportunity here is that gifts can be sold in different occasion. Therefore, it has no limitation to not just selling for a certain group of people. It can sell to commercial and other sectors.
We can become a wholesaler and these will help us to boost the sales as all gifts are supply by us.
Besides, we can affiliate with other shop like cake, boutique, flowers, binding book, and electrical shop to offer a better and innovative package for customer which they cannot find in elsewhere. This can help us to create a better relationship and connection between us.
A student population of 30,000 is a very large pool of customers. If we have better products in pricing, a good location, a great marketing strategy and tools, and service, we would generate a faster return of investment.
Threats
The threat of substitute products is high. Besides, there are many competitors around Kampar area. The adjustment of pricing is critical. However, we will not go for price war because we believe that our gifts are special and unique. It is hardly to be found elsewhere.
The return of investment might be slow. However, ecommerce can helps us to increase the awareness of our products and sales.
Our products can be imitated by other competitors once they had found out that the products are attractive.
Marketing Objective
1. To create product awareness among the audience by 30 percent in one year.
This objective is chosen as this is a new concept of gift shop, entering product life cycle. Product life cycle is the biological life of a product, starting from Introduction, Growth, Maturity and Decline. In this case, products are new with lack of awareness of its existence. There are fewer competitors or none exists in this phase.
Hence, the marketing objective chosen is to create awareness among target audience. The initial target audience in this case is the residences of Kampar. In this case, 15% of the population comes from students who are studying primary, secondary, college and university where else another 15% comes from the Kampar residence in the age of 30 and above.
2. To meet the Sales target of RM300k by 1.5 year
This objective is to support the ROI target of 12 months. Advertising & Promotion has been carried out to support this to ensure sales are on track. Sales revenue are kept track in weekly basis.
3. To maintain Advertising and Promotion (A&P) cost to less than 5% of the forecast revenue.
This objective is to support low operation and capital expenditure.

Products are placed in rack and arranged according to the categories. Each rack is labeled. Customer will get more information about the products online about the measurement, quality, color, description, preferences and product’s rating.
Pricing
Key selling point of Gift Bright is to play around the pricing based on the quantity. If customers buy in bulk, a discount will be given. The price for personalized gifts will be higher than ready-made because of the cost of design, quality and uniqueness. Pricing is also charged differently when there is an occasion or public holidays.
Pricing is also different and much cheaper if customer order online.
Promotion
To achieve the objective set up, the marketing plans are designed to directly relate to the marketing objectives as per below:
Objective: To create product awareness among the audience by 30 percent in one year.
With this objective, Gift Shop will be engaging the below key promotion in 1st Quarter:
1. Launching Online Website
A fully functioning ecommerce will be launched to attract customer worldwide. First target will be on students in Kampar. Students will be invited through the assistance of social network channel which is Facebook, Twitter, Friendster and Myspace. All customers’ profile will be gathered from these channels.
2. Loyalty Plan Program
1st 100 Customer who had visited our online store will receive online voucher, discount and free gifts. Lucky draw will be started at the end of 3 months to win any of the products display on the online store under the category of keychain.

Thanks to the great philanthropist, Mr Hew See Thong, who has been putting a lot of effort to create a better Kampar town and donate a piece of land for building these two high education centres.

逾4万大学生失业 6原因求职失败
（吉隆坡8日讯）人力资源部副部长拿督玛兹娜指出，我国4万1500名失业的大学生，有2800人失业1年以上。
她说，统计局劳工调查报告显示，51.1%或2万1200名大学毕业生失业3个月以下，1万2600人（30.4%）失业3至6个月。
“至于失业6个月至1年的大学生则有4800人，占了5.1%；另外，失业1年至3年的有2100或1.8%则失业逾3年。”
她说，当局已举办再培训计划，包括培训语文、展现自我的能力，甚至教写求职履历信函。

TWTR is undefined
It had been causing me for so long to find out how to solve the problem until I get a solution from a website.
My twitter was unable to display the message as usual and it display the below error message:-
'TWTR is undefined', - Looks like it has some error in my website, but I do not know what is that. Maybe it was a Javascript Error.
I tried to find out the solutions in Internet for few days, luckily I found one.
It was written by a guy named Brian J. Thanks for his solution. I finally can display my twitter online again.
Here is the way:-

Here is the way:-
The actual .js file that is on the Twitter server has an error in it that won't allow the IE browser to display the stream. I was able to fix this rather simply. I downloaded the .js file by pasting the path in my browser:That is the way of it. Hope you guys can solve yours too. Peace!

Once I had the .js file, I opened it using notepad to view the source. The change that needs to be made is simple, use the "Find" command in notepad to look for the word "array" and when it finds the entry, make the following change:
Change the entry that says “Array.forEach” in the widget.js file to read “Array.prototype.forEach”
By adding the word "prototype" you have now corrected their mistake. Of course you can't upload the file to their server so just place it in a directory on your site and path to it directly by changing the path in your Twitter generated source to point to the .js files new location on your website.

Goodbye, My dear friend and best colleague - Alan
没想到Alan这么快就会和我们说再见。他的离开，是这间公司的损失。与其在这里一直等待没有明天的机会，不如去其他地方闯一闯。看看能不能够创出春天来。
当他告诉我的时候，我还一时没办法了解他的意思。因为那时候我和他两人都在忙着帮学生申请。Alan说：Khor,我要走了。。。
那时的我还很不是了解他的意思，还以为他在开玩笑。。
Alan又说:Khor,我真的要走了。。。
我还对他说:你要走去哪里？
Alan说:我找到一份工作，我要Resign了....
那时候我才懂他的意思。
在我的脑海，只是会觉得惋惜。因为我失去了我最帮得的助手。没有了他，我想办公室里不会那么的热闹了。生离死别是平常事。最重要是不要失去了以后才觉得后悔。失去了他，我不会后悔，因为我和他毕竟有两年的友情，友情是不会终止的。希望他有空会常来看我们。
生活不能因为一些因素而阻碍到你的计划和前程，继续寻找方向，继续前进！

“WITH egg or without egg?” the Char Koay Teow Man asked me, as he wiped his hands on his apron.
“With egg,” I replied. “I don’t want any cockles, though.”
“Okay.”
He placed a piece of banana leaf inside a cardboard box as he started to prepare my takeaway.
I stood near his wok to watch him fry his char koay teow. He heated the oil in the wok and put into it some chopped garlic cloves, a dollop of ground chilli, and a few shelled prawns. After stir-frying this mixture for about 10 seconds, he added koay teow noodles and two teaspoonfuls each of thick soy sauce and light soy sauce. He finally added bean sprouts and cut chives to the piping hot food.
The Char Koay Teow Man then used his spatula to create a hole in the centre of the noodles, where he introduced a little more oil and an egg that he cracked on the edge of the wok.
“May I make a suggestion?” I said, trying my best not to sound like a smart aleck.
“Of course,” he said, without looking at me.
“I think it would be a good idea to crack the egg into a bowl first.”
“Why?”
“Well, if the egg is bad, it will not spoil the noodles and the ingredients that are already in the wok.”
Dividing an ebullient smile between another customer and me, the Char Koay Teow Man said: “To be sure, your suggestion is good, but the poulterer who supplies the eggs to me assures me that they are fresh. Taking into account his assurance – and I believe he is a trustworthy fellow – I don’t see any problem at all if I break the egg directly into the wok.”
It was a satisfactory answer, and I had egg on my face!

A smart alec(k): A cocky person who thinks he knows everything.
Of course: Naturally; certainly.
To be sure: Admittedly; certainly.
Take into account: To consider all the facts before making a decision or judgement.

I don’t think it is necessary to shoot the monkey dead because it is just an animal. Animal does not know what is right or wrong. They are wild. Animal should be protected or leave them alone. They are our nature lovely creature living in this mother earth. No one can determine its life and dead. I would think it is more appropriate if the monkey was caught and sent to any forest far away from the residential areas. I am wondering how did they verify which monkey should then be killed. I wonder how many monkeys were killed on that day or just one.
I feel sympathy of what was happened to this young women and her husband. I’m looking forward to hearing from the Wildlife and National Park on the coming action to ensure there will be no life is lost again.

The benefits of working in my company now

3. A friendly colleagues and A good relationship between departments
4. No toll
5. No Traffic Jam
6. Rental fees - Less than RM200
7. Easy to find and get meal
8. 15 minutes away from my home
9. Good working environment
10. Fresh air with no air pollution
11. Internal Training provided
The disadvantages of working in my company now
1. Less growth
2. Too Stable in work -> It can become a threat
3. The Unacceptable of current system -> create a barrier to move forward to the higher level instead of providing opportunity
4. Low income -> impossible to be rich and enjoy financial freedom
5. Less pressure leads to less of workload and lack of challenge
Therefore, it is not to wait for ppl telling you on how and what to do for next. The onus is on you. Think smart and fast before it is too late for you to take action.

Life Learning
We start to learn in anything when we were born. We learn how to walk, speak, sing and etc. When we grow older, we learn how to get a better result in study. When we meet our companion, we learn how to respect, commit and love each other. All these learning are on-going process. You can’t stop from learning, or you can’t say that ‘I have learnt nothing today’. Unless you mind are in dead mood and you are sleeping through the whole day long. Everything that you do has the reason even if you are starring at the wall. You may be discovering that the wall is solid, and it is as ‘white’ as your brain now; you need to brush up on certain knowledge to enrich your life. I believe that everyone has a hidden power that can be found and exploded by ourselves. We need to find the secret key to open the box. Think out of box is the time when we have found out the key. So, where is your key? The key is your path that can lead you to success or failure. The key is the way you know how to move forward and face the challenge.
Life will become meaningful if you really know how to move forward and what is important from now and then. Time and aging will never wait for us. Thus, it's time to act fast and learn fast. Do whatever you want to do and create your beautiful life yourself.
